Requirements
- Power of Attorney, include the Boycott Declaration of Israel duly legalized up to the Iraqi Consulate.
- Deed Assignment duly legalized up to the Iraqi Consulate.
- An original copy the priority document if priority claimed.
- English translation of priority document(If it had writing in a language other than English).
- Specification in English language.
- A brief description of the design pointing out the novel aspects, ( in English & Arabic).
- Schematic drawings of the design.
- A sample of the design.
- Six photographs (in color) of the various sides of the design and three photographs for the design as a whole.
Protect Period
- 10 years from grant date non- renewable.
